What is included in the monthly Page In Time kit?

The Page In Time monthly kit consists of three separate page kits. Each of the three kits contain detailed instructions, sketch and high quality color pictures of a 12 x 12 double page layout. Included is approximately 15 sheets of the latest high quality patterned paper/cardstock, coordinating embellishments as well as an idea sheet with additional layouts and and ideas to help you use up the scraps.

We also have a talented design team that works with the kits each month whose layouts and ideas can be seen by clicking the "Past Kits Ideas" button.


Can I view past Page in Time kits?

Yes. You can get a feel for the papers and embellisments included in our kits each month by clicking the "Past Kits Ideas" button.


What is the cost of the monthly club kit?

The Page In Time monthly kit is $28.65 plus actual USPS shipping fees.


Do you offer instructions with your monthly kits?

Yes, detailed instructions to create a double page 12 x 12 layout with sketch and high quality photos are included in each of the three page kits.


Will I know what is included in the monthly kit before I'm charged for it?

Yes, definitely! We certainly do not want you to get a kit that you will not be happy with. (Kit substitutions & Skips are available) The complete contents of the upcoming monthly Page In Time kit can be seen in the members section of the website and is posted the last week of the month. 


How do I sign up for the monthly Page In Time kits?

You can sign up for the Page In Time monthly kit club by clicking the "Monthly Kit Club" button and then adding the "Join the Monthly Page Kit Club" to your cart and checking out. We will then add you to our member list and get you started with either the current or next months kit, depending on which option you choose. If we are sold out of the current months kit you will automatically start with the next month.


Do I have to be a member to purchase the monthly club kits or Page In Time products?

Definitely not. Anyone can purchase our kits & products. However, members will receive the monthly kits first and are guaranteed to receive the three kits shown. (there may be page kits that we decide not to restock)


Do you have ideas for using the kits other than what is included in the kits?

Yes. We have a wonderful design team who work with the kits each month. Their kit layouts and ideas can be seen by clicking the "Past Kits Ideas" button. We did not have a design team prior to October of 2005 so idea pages are not available for those months.

Sneak Peek page

The Sneak Peek for the upcoming monthly kit is added the last week of each month and can be found in the member section of our website.


What if I need to skip a monthly kit?

Skips must be received before your card is charged which is generally within the first few days of the month. You can skip by clicking the "Skip Monthly Kit" link in the members section of the website.


Is there a time commitment?

There is no time commitment! After you sign up for the monthly page kit club you will automatically have a kit held for you and sent out each month until you ask us to stop.


Is cardstock included in the kits?

Our kits are all about the patterned paper! Double sided, heavy weight, textured, colorful (but not too bright!) ...we love it all! Only on rare occasions will you find cardstock included in the kits. We do however offer coordinating Bazzill cardstock as an add-on each month for those of who enjoy using it.


Do you offer new member incentives?

New members receive a free Catseye Fluid Ink Chalk with their first monthly kit purchase.


Do you offer a newsletter with the kits?

Online newsletters are available by clicking the "Newsletter" button.  


Can I order past page kits?

Yes. Past single and extra page kits can be purchased via our Page Kits link.


What if I don't like one of the kits included in the monthly kit club?

If one of the kits is not to your liking you can sub it out for any of our single past or extra kits we have available.


How do I make a kit substitution?

You can substitute a kit by filling out the monthly kit options form available in the member section of our website.


I'd like to sign up, but do not want to start receiving the kits until next month.

Not a problem! When adding the autoship to your cart choose the option to begin with the current or next months kit from the drop down menu.


Will I receive confirmation letting me know that my membership went through?

Yes. We will send you a welcome e-mail within 24 hours of signing up.



What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and Paypal.


When will my credit card be charged for the monthly kit?

Under normal circumstances credit cards are charged begining on the 1st of each month. Please allow us at least one week business week to process all monthly kit orders.


I would like to pay with Paypal. How does that work?

If you checked out using Paypal, you can expect to receive a Paypal invoice via your e-mail address for the shipping charges, and then again the last week of each month for your monthly Page In Time kit shipment. As we order product based on our customer base please let us know if you ever plan on skipping a month or cancelling your membership.


When do the monthly kits ship?

Under normal circumstances we begin shipping the first week of each month. Please allow us at least one full business week to get all member kits processed and shipped.


What are the shipping fees?

All Domestic orders will be charged actual USPS Priority shipping determined by weight & region. All international orders will be charged actual USPS International First Class shipping plus $1.00 handling fee for the cost of packagingIf paying via Paypal an invoice will be sent for the shipping fee. If paying via credit card shipping will be added to your order before your card is charged.


Do you ship internationally?

We do! We have customers in over 16 countries and would love to have you join us!


I am a Paypal member. Do I need to let you know if I'm going to skip - can't I just not pay my invoice?

Yes, please let us know! Our commitment to you as a member is to ensure that a monthly kit is reserved in your name. Because everyone is in different situations we realize that members will pay their invoices through out the month and we respect that. We ask that you show the same respect by letting us know if you would like to skip so your kit can be released for a new member on our waiting list.


How do I cancel my membership?

Please cancel your membership by using the Cancel Membership form located in the member section of our website.


How do I update my address or credit card information?

If you need to update your address please do so via the contact form. If you need to update your credit card information please use the "Update Credit Card" link availble in the members section of our website.


What are the benefits to becoming a member?

Our members have the Page In Time kits automatically deliverd right to their door each month without having to reorder each month. Members receive a discounted rate on the monthly club kits as well as all page kits, are guaranteed to have a kit held for them each month, are able to substitute one of the monthly kits for any past or extra page kits we have available and are able to purchase coordinating Bazzill cardstock and emellishments to be included with their kits.



Where do I find the password?

The member areas of our website are password protected. The password can be found on your monthly sales receipt that is included with your kits. It will also be sent to all members with the Member Sneak Peek e-mail. If you are a new member, the current password will be sent to you in your welcome e-mail.


How will I know when the sneak peek for the upcoming kit is posted?

We send out an e-mail to all members when the sneak peek is posted. You can also check by loggin in to the members section of the website.


Are there add-ons available for the monthly kits?

Yes. Coordinating embellisments will be offered via the member section of our website. Add-ons are available on a first come first serve basis. An e-mail is sent out to all members when the Member Sneak Peek is updated with the upcoming months kit and extras.


Do you offer cardstock as an add-on?

Yes, we offer coordinating Bazzill cardstock as an add-on for our monthly kit each month.


Why can't I open the Member Log In with my password?

The password changes each month and can be found on your previous monthly sales receipt or in the sneak peek e-mail. If you don't have the updated password please contact us and we'll send it to you.


I'm going to be out of town when the Member Sneak Peek is posted, can I view it early?

We try not to post the Member Sneak Peek until all product for the kits is in stock. If you'd like, you can contact us and we can give you a general idea of what will be included in the upcoming kit.



An item was missing in my page kit, what must I do?

Our kits are hand packed with care, but there may be a time when an item is missing or has been damaged in transit. Please contact us and we'll get the missing or damaged item out to you right away.


Do you offer a referral program?

Members receive a free Catseye Fluid Ink Chalk for each new member they refer to our club. A monthly kit is given for every 10 referrals.


What is the best way to reach A Page In Time?

The best way to reach us is by using the contact form on our website. We may also be reached by calling 920.687.0839.


What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it may be exchanged for an item of equal value or returned for a refund within 10 business days as long as the product is in unused resalable condition. Shipping and handling fees will not be included in the refund price. Please contact us for return information before sendng back your item. We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected packages.


I'm a member but my password is not working.

Our password changes the first week of each month. The new password can be found on your monthly sales receipt. If you need the new password please contact us and we'll send it to you.


I am not receiving e-mails from A Page In Time.

Make sure your e-mail address is up to date with us. If you haven't received the monthly e-mail from us please contact us with your updated information.


I'm a member, but have not received my kit this month.

If you are a Paypal member, has your invoice been paid? If we are unable to process your kit for any reason we will send you an e-mail. If you haven't received an e-mail from us it may be because the information we have on file for you is not longer valid. Please contact us and we'll get your kits processed asap.


Can I buy a gift subscription to your kit club?

Definitely. Please contact us for details.
